The house is located in a cozy neighborhood, in the region of one of the beach resident villages. Less than 100 meters from the sea, it features an integrated living room and kitchen, a spacious balcony, shower and parking for up to 2 cars. The space Less than 100 meters from a quiet beach, with one of the most beautiful sunsets in Brazil (with the right to sunset at sea in the summer!), the house has 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds and the third with a single bed) and extra mattresses (1 double and 1 single) well ventilated and spacious. The house is approximately 65m². Next to the balcony is a space with a shower where you can rinse off the sea salt after a great day at the beach. There is a lawn in front, which also functions as parking for up to two cars, and a fully integrated space. It is not necessary to bring bed linens and towels, only beach accessories (some beach bars and restaurants rent them) This house is for those looking to escape the rush of the week and want to relax to the sound of the sea and birds near a beautiful beach and quiet neighborhood. Here we highly respect the law of silence after 10 p.m., so this is a non-negotiable rule for your stay. Guest access Access to the entire house, except for the external annex that is locked. Other things to note We modernized the interior space, with wooden doors in the bedrooms and bathrooms, and a renovation of the internal sofa (the new one is green).
