This unit has unobstructed views and it is located in the center of the building on the 16th floor, the balcony is very private and spacious. Easy check-in, you'll receive an entry code before arriving and self-register your vehicle for gated in-building parking (available oversize parking across the street). The Parking fee is $40 per vehicle per stay payable directly to the security company when registering your vehicle which will give you the entry code to the parking garage. Beach Chair service included from March 6th through October 15th, 2 lounge chairs + umbrella. Full-size washer and dryer in unit, hairdryers in each room, magnifying face mirror, blender, fridge with ice-maker, coffee maker, toaster... you get all the beach vacation necessities! The Palazzo is a non-smoking building, and our condo is a non-smoking unit, absolutely no smoking allowed, if you need to smoke this is not the right condo. Other things to note Accommodation: This unit only accommodates 8 people if your group is bigger than 8 people including kids older than 2 years old. I suggest choosing a bigger property. We are not allowing more than 8 people including kids (older than 2 years old) to sleep in the unit. This violation will cause eviction, immediate door lock code change, and extra fees. Palazzo is a Smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in the common areas and limited common areas of Palazzo. There is no smoking allowed on unit balconies, parking garage, sun deck, hallways, stairwells, elevators, lobby, meeting room, exercise room, swimming pool and spa areas, dog walk area, or anywhere in or on the Palazzo property.
