Luxury cottage in the middle of woods. The space We welcome you to our beautiful, newly renovated Cottage Smrekovica. It is situated among the trees of the cottage area Jánská dolina, in the popular tourist village Liptovský Ján, in the Liptovský Mikuláš district. Year-round, we prepared six beds in two bedrooms for your perfect relaxation and strength, plus two extra beds (only in the exceptional case) on the sofa bed in the living room. In our cozy living room, you'll unwind while watching TV with satellite or board games, and enjoy your own delicious meals while dining seating. You can tuck them into a fully equipped kitchenette that is connected to the living room. You can use an electric oven, ceramic hob, kettle, and fridge. Another great advantage of this beautiful open space is the opportunity to step right out onto the wooden deck with outdoor seating and enjoy our captivating view. In the loft of the cottage there are the two bedrooms mentioned. One 2-bed with double bed and 4-bed with four single beds. For your needs, we have arranged a nice functional bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The property has free WiFi, as well as two parking spaces for your vehicles. For those who want to survive also sports, we have prepared a storage room for skis and bikes. You will find countless possibilities to use your free time in Liptovský Ján. Whether for easy walks around the neighborhood, cycling or bathing in the Thermal Spring Kaďa Liptovský Ján and in the Thermal Paradise of Sorea Liptovský Ján. You have the Svätojánska lookout tower, Stanišovská Cave and Mincovníčkovo - Underground under the towers. A few kilometers away is the magical Demenovska Cave of Liberty and Demenovska Ice Cave. In the winter months you reach the Ski Center Opalisko, Ski Dovalove and above all in the popular Ski Resort Jasná - Low Tatras. We hope every one of you really comes to it!
