Our Rezidencia Apartments are an excellent choice for demanding guests, suitable for tourists, business travellers, and families. They are located in the city centre, making them ideal for visiting landmarks and local attractions. The area offers great transport access and full civic amenities. Some of our apartments include private parking, but this particular one unfortunately does not. Guest access You will have the entire apartment with all amenities. The apartment is always prepared according to the number of guests specified in the reservation. This affects the price as well as the number of sets of bed linen and towels. It is important to provide the correct number of guests so the apartment is properly prepared and to avoid any potential penalties. PS: Please note that if you request additional services outside our working hours, we may not be able to provide or make them available immediately. Other things to note Accommodation is offered with simple self check-in and check-out. To gain access to the host app and information for your stay, biometric verification is required. This includes scanning your passport or a double-sided copy of your ID card, optionally proof of permanent residence, and a current selfie. Your data remains securely with us and is used solely for guest registration and local tax purposes. The local (tourist) tax in Košice is €3.5 per person per night. As an accommodation provider, we are legally required to keep records of guests and paid local taxes. Key handover is contactless, so biometric verification also serves to identify the guest staying in the apartment in case of damage or theft. Through additional services, you can pay for: – early check-in (1–3 hours) and late check-out (1–2 hours) – pets – a baby cot with mattress (without bed linen) and a high chair – a second separate bed (for double rooms, only one bed is standard for two guests) – private parking (only for selected apartments)
