The home features cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a small game area and a welcoming living room. It's a budget-friendly getaway where you can enjoy the comforts of home without overspending. The space Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, a Filipino-American owned property. This is our personal retreat whenever we visit Cebu and we’re happy to share it with you! Please note that this is a lived in home with normal signs of wear and tear, not a hotel standard space. We value honesty and want to set the right expectations so you can enjoy a smooth and comfortable stay with no surprises and to also minimize refunds and cancellations. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: The bedrooms aren't huge but they’re cozy enough to give you a restful and comfortable sleep. If you’re traveling on a budget, this is one of the best value stays you’ll find in the area! The house is located in Phase 2B Block 27 Lot 16, Casa Mira South subdivision in Cebu. It is best accessed by car although there are abundant public tricycles and jeepney's just outside the main subdivision gate. For guests without private transportation, we recommend keeping contact with the guardhouse or a local tricycle driver for easy transport going to the main highway from the house. We’ll also share some helpful contact numbers you can use during your stay. All 3 Bedrooms have a split type air-conditioners including the living room to keep you comfortable. The swimming pool is available from 8AM-9PM EXCEPT ON MONDAYS due to pool maintenance. We do offer 5 free amenity passes for the use of swimming pool. If you need additional passes, those could be purchases from the main office. It records both audio and video. You may be visible if you are in the garage or just outside the gate. Alerts are turned off during your stay. Please cancel your booking if this makes you uncomfortable. • 🚗 Parking: • Garage fits up to 3 motorcycles. • Car parking is possible but can be challenging due to either space or neighbors parking across the street. • You can also park by the gate. Guest access Self-check in is by default unless you request to meet one of our managers for additional in-person request. You don't have to wait for us. Check in at your own convenience.
