This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home rental offers not only comfort and convenience but also an experience with a game area and a massage chair that everyone can enjoy. The living room is airconditioned and has a 54” TV. A great Wi-Fi is available for movie streaming and remote work. The kitchen is fully equipped - cook or bake. It features a microwave, rice cooker, a 3-burner gas + 1 hot plate gas range with oven, popcorn maker, 2 door refrigerator and electric kettle for your coffee. The large dining table seats up to 6 people. We have entertainment options in the game area such as an arcade machine and junior pool table. After a long day, there is a massage chair you can use located in the master bedroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned. It sleeps 6 but can accommodate up to 12 pax with an additional fee and the additional guest may be sleeping on the floor (we can provide sleeping bags or mattresses upon request). You may smoke in the garage area. • No Laundry powder when using the washing machine, please only use liquid detergent. • No loud music during quiet hours • No hanging of clothes in the balcony • Do not drain oil in the sink. You will be seen in the CCTV if you are in the garage. Please do not book with us if you are not comfortable having this in the garage. There are no other cameras inside the house and the camera alerts in the garage is turned off during your stay. The swimming pool isn't available on Mondays for cleaning and maintenance but there is a beach resort just across the subdivision. We do offer 5 free amenity passes for the use of swimming pool during your entire stay. If you need additional passes, those could be purchased from the main office. We appreciate you!
