There are 2 bedrooms and 1 living room with sleeping options, including 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 sofa bed with medium-firm mattresses. The apartment features 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a private, fully equipped kitchen. The entrance is partially separated, with a shared door to the main house. Other things to note Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, self check-in, baby cot and high chair (available on request and subject to availability). Enjoy the shared garden, where you can relax or use the communal barbecue for outdoor meals. A shared playground provides entertainment for children during your stay. Parking is available both on the street and on the property. Up to 4 pets are welcome. Public transport is within reach, and events are not permitted on the property. Your accommodation is in a quiet, secluded forest location, from which you can walk directly into the surrounding woods or to Lake Rosin for swimming. The peaceful garden offers the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy nature. Please note that the final cleaning fee includes linen packages only for the standard occupancy (4 people).
