If host is staying in other private spaces within or in Tree Hut out back detached from the cabin, host may have access to the downstairs Spa Bath room. You may schedule your private 1-2hr slots before or during your stay, and host will let you know if not staying onsite. Otherwise, no shared or common spaces except possibly the downstairs front entry Gallery Hall and host in & out of outside spaces (private time can be scheduled for no interruptions), privacy is a priority, no other reservation-guests except the detached Tree Hut out back that also has access to the downstairs Spa Bath room. Host may be in other private spaces within or in Tree Hut out back detached from the cabin during your stay with no shared or common spaces except possibly the downstairs front entry Gallery Hall and outside (private time can be scheduled), privacy is a priority, Spa Bath room (you can schedule your times), and the detached Tree Hut may be occupied with one or 2 guests, shared access to tye Spa Bath room. 121123 ----------------------------------------------------- Please be aware of the following things that may not work for you and your group: Sketchy cell signals: Once off the interstate in back country and on mtn, use wi-fi calls/texts setting on cell phone for service. Getting to the cabin from outside: Natural setting, bring mud shoes, only steps from front parking. Safety: No railing around Rooftop Deck, Sleeping Loft, Back Porch, an open stairwell, natural wildlife area requiring caution when outdoors. Climate & temps: The mountain climate is very moist, nestled totally within a rural mountain country environment that is usually cooler than in town, higher altitude at the top of the mountain, surrounded by dense woods and foliage, warmer in the daytime hours, but drastically cooler after dark and in the mornings. Pet environment: Be aware that many guests come with their pets that are inside & outside, and that a host cat lives on the property that will be outside, on the back porch (outdoor room), or in her own little spaces with provisions and pet doors for in & out anytime, heated in cold weather. Little Bit is very friendly and may want to mingle with you, likes to sleep on the back porch chairs, and also spends time with host and many guests by request inside the cabin, or leaves with me. Pests: Because of a rural, country, wooded setting, pests and cobwebs may appear inside & outside, is natural and not always controllable, even though thorough cleaning is maintained and Perritt's Path is under regular pest control. Regardless, food and beverages must be kept put away in airtight containers or fridges/freezers to deter pests, as well as residue kept cleaned up with cleaners, lids to trash cans outside on tight (also for raccoons & possums).
