It is located on a side street of the city's main street, a 5/6-minute walk from the station and 600/700 meters from the Arena. The space The apartment has ample space. There is a bedroom with a standard double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe, a large living room with a sofa bed, a single bed, a TV, a single armchair, and air conditioning. There is also a dining/breakfast area with two coffee machines, a fridge, a microwave, and a kettle. The apartment is completed by a windowed bathroom equipped with both a shower stall and a bathtub.
