The great room has a 60' LCD Smart TV. The deck from the back of the house has dining with ponderosa pine views and private hot tub. Ponderosa Pines Lodge- Our 2400 square foot home is spacious and bright with two master suites, vaulted ceilings, and hardwood floors. There are large windows and sliding doors that overlook the ponderosa pines in a serene and open area across the street from the river in Sunriver. The home sleeps up to 12 people in five large bedrooms and a great room with 60' LCD Smart TV with paid Netflix & Amazon for family entertaining. The great room features a large stone fireplace and a dining area for up to 12 people. The deck from the back of the house has magnificent ponderosa pine views. The house and built-out game room in garage has air conditioning and a private hot tub on deck. Five foldable desks to accommodate the play hard and work remote needs of our guests. Guest access Our property manager will provide digital code for the front door. Location: Our lodge-style home is located at 1 Gannet Lane, across the street from the river and at the end of our property backs the bike trails in Sunriver. We are between Circle 6 and Circle 7. It is a one minute walk to the trail along the Deschutes River. Fifteen minute bike ride to the SHARC AQUATIC AND RECREATION facility with 12 Unlimited Passes.
