The loft is a perfect space to escape to enjoy a good book, look out the windows and watch for whales or tuck away the kids in their own little hideaway. In addition, there is a half bath off of the laundry room. Watch the waves or one of our spectacular sunsets from the ocean front deck, enjoy the hot tub after a day of beachcombing, or grill up some fresh fish caught from one of the fishing vessels in Newport! *Whimsical Dunes has an EV Charging station so that you can charge at your destination- not on the highway - making this destination a home away from home for you and your EV. The small town of Waldport is an excellent location to base all of your central coast explorations from. Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times. Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (strictly enforced) Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center. No boats, trailers or RV's per HOA Rules. *Each home is individually owned. Once you arrive, scan the QR code on the charger, and choose your package - either access for your whole stay for just $12 per day or just access for one day (24 hours from the time you pay) for $20 and you are ready to charge! *Tesla drivers require a J1172 adaptor Guest access After 5pm, you’ll be able to enter the home from the electronic keypad using your personal code. The electronic lock is located on the front door.
