The peculiarities of the place are many: tranquility, privacy, relaxing areas where you can follow the rhythms of nature and listen to its melodies, such as those given to us by the flapping of the wings of a bird in flight and its song. Excellent natural exposure, both on the southeast side with a wonderful sea view, and on the northwest side where the horizons give us striking views of the nearby mountain peaks: Majella, Gran Sasso The space The building is composed as follows: in the basement there is a garage area, cellar, outdoor shower and parking area. The apartment used as a private residence is located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor (with a front porch) is the apartment used for tourist rentals. It consists of a large living room, an equipped kitchen, a dressing room, a bathroom and a double bedroom (with balcony). In the living room, there is a staircase that leads to the attic, with 2 beds, and from here you can access a panoramic terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking view. The living room opens onto the house's rear terrace (north area), where you can admire the spectacular centuries-old olive grove and the nearby mountains: Maiella and Gran Sasso d'Italia. From the front porch, on the other hand, the view is towards the sea, the Maiella, the hills in front and the remaining part of the olive grove. Guest access Our very welcome guests can take advantage of both the front of the building, equipped with a large square where you can safely park your vehicle and head towards a promontory where you can admire a wonderful panoramic view and both the back, an area surrounded by the garden and olive grove of the property. Other things to note The price indicated includes all the items listed and all users: water, electricity, gas, heating/air conditioning and unlimited wifi. In addition, final cleaning fees are provided free of charge to our very welcome guests.
