Whether you're planning beach days, cultural outings, or simply lounging by the private pool exclusively for villa guests, you'll be perfectly positioned to explore the area's top attractions The space The villa will be ready upon your arrival, complete with bed linens, a bath towel, and a shower towel per guest for the duration of your stay. It features an open-plan kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. 🛋️ The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and includes a dishwasher. The living room offers a large TV and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing moments. 🧼 In the bathroom, you’ll find a washing machine, and the shower is already fitted with dispensers for body wash and shampoo. ❄️ The villa is fully air-conditioned for optimal comfort. 🌿 Environmentally conscious, the private pool uses a saltwater system for natural and eco-friendly sanitation, and functional solar panels help power the property. 🌅 Outdoors, you’ll find a spacious patio with a dining table and a panoramic terrace, perfect for enjoying unforgettable sunsets. 🔥 A barbecue is also available in the garden to make the most of your alfresco meals. The villa and the pool are for the exclusive use of guests. The parking area, on the other hand, is shared (private and not located on the street). Each villa has one reserved parking space. Guest access To access the villa, the following check-in steps must be completed: – Provide a valid identification document for each guest – Sign a short-term rental agreement corresponding to the duration of your stay – Settle the tourist tax of €1,50 per person per night. Once the check-in process is completed, you will receive the access instructions and key collection codes on the day of your arrival. If preferred, you may check in with a member of our team between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM upon prior notice. Other things to note The host can provide a crib and high chair upon request. Early check-in and/or late check-out requests must be agreed upon and approved by the host. We kindly ask you to communicate such requests in advance, so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
