Our delightful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom spacious home features a deck with captivating sunset and bay views. No matter the season, endless excursions and adventures await—from thrilling ski trips at Gunstock to leisurely lakeside relaxation at Weirs Beach. With ample parking for 5 cars (spot number 10 to 14) and a range of enticing amenities, your stay will be filled with excitement. This unit is 3000 sq. feet and comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, making it perfect for family reunions. It offers a year-round private hot tub, backyard, gazebo, and a seasonal pool. The lower level boasts two bedrooms, one with an attached bathroom, and a great room showcasing panoramic lake views. Both bedrooms feature queen beds. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a laundry station in the hallway. The great room is equipped with a gas fireplace, an 82-inch Smart TV with smartphone projection capability, along with a karaoke and Bluetooth speaker system. A full kitchen, a dining area with a 10-seater dining table, and a spacious deck with outdoor seating offer stunning lake views. On the upper level, you'll find two bedrooms and a loft area furnished with two bunk beds, a queen sofa bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a laptop-friendly study desk with an external monitor for extended workspace. The master bedroom, with an attached bathroom, offers sprawling panoramic lake views, a king bed, and a queen sofa bed. The fourth bedroom features a trundle queen bed with a slide-out twin bed. For added convenience, we provide an extra twin mattress and a foldable twin bed. The loft area also includes a bathroom. Additionally, the master bath can be converted into a Jack and Jill bathroom with access from the loft. Heating: On the lower level, the great room and kitchen has heat from the fireplace and forced air. All bedrooms have baseboard heat. Lower level bedrooms have an optional backup heat from mini split wall systems. The fireplace on the lower level is controlled by the thermostat located near the door to upstairs. We recommend temperature settings between 68F and 72F. Cooling: On the lower level, we have a mini split wall system in the bedroom and great room. On the upper level, we have central AC. We recommend temperature settings between 68F and 72F. Exterior: - The basement game room offers foosball, basketball, 55 inch TV - 6-person private hot tub open all year around and features a Bluetooth speaker system. Hot Tub is heated to 100 deg and its accessible all year around. - Step outside to discover a propane cooking grill - A netted covered gazebo with amazing lake views to entertain during rain or avoid bugs - A private fire pit - There is a heated 11x22 swimming pool (five feet deep), and a unique 10-foot-long see-through window facing the lake. The pool is heated to 74 degrees and its only open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day - You can also rent a boat slip accommodating boats up to 40 feet is provided for your convenience. - The lakeshore patio is adorned with beautiful landscaping lights, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. Note: - There are two apartments and a laundry room underneath the home. We do not rent these apartments to anyone. These units have a separate entrance and it's not part of the home. One unit is an office for the owner and the other is for caretaker staff. - There is a grassy patch of pet relief area, which is the only shared area between other cottages. It's a unique property with great views of the lake from high above as well as a deck right on the water.
