Located in the heart of Playas de Tijuana, this one bedroom apartment features an amazing ocean view of the Pacific. Wake up to the sound of crashing waves! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, walmart, parks and more! Just a few minutes away from the san Yisdro international border and about an hour away from Valle de Guadalupe vineyards! Safe, clean place. Fast Wifi. The space Apartment in a 8 unit building, with parking and rofftop terrace. Guest access The apartment is yours! Other things to note PARKING: Gated parking is $7 USD or $120 MXN NON-REFUNDABLE per night, spots are limited. Ask for availability. NON-REFUNDABLE FEE. Weekends are usually busy on this area. We are not responsible if you do not find a parking space. Please, do not block building vehicle access or neighbors doors. We are not liable for towed vehicles. NOISE: There are bars and restaurants in the area, which means it can get noisy, specially on weekends. PETS: Our spaces are Pet friendly. While we always strive to provide a clean space, it is possible to find pet hair. NO SMOKING: Smoking any substance is prohibited inside the apartment, on the balconies, hallways, and stairs. If you need to smoke, please smoke outside of the property. If there is evidence of use of tobacco or other substances, a fine of up to $250 USD may be credited if the apartment cannot be washed for cigarette odor. PARTIES: Parties are strictly prohibited from having parties and/or gatherings that disturb the order and peace of other guests. If you violate this rule, you will be subject to a fine of up to $150 USD and/or asked to withdraw from the premises. TRASH: Please put your trash in closed bags inside the dumpsters found in the parking area. PENALTY: In case of damage to any item such as bedding, towels, dishes, etc. due to carelessness or misuse of the items, their full cost will be charged. WATER/ELECTRIC OUTAGES: It doesn't happen every day, but it does happen from time to time. We do not have backup electricity, but we do have a limited backup water suply.
