The space Our Homestay located at Aum Garden, Maitri Vihar: Just 1 km from Lemon Tree Hotel and Tech Mahindra Bhubaneswar Office. Our Homestay back side is Bharatpur Elephant Sanctuary, even any given day, guests can witness Elephant from our Window. Sublime Homestay is located in a gated society, our building has 3 floors. Out of Three Floors: Sublime Homestay is in 2nd floor. Our Second floor has 3 Rooms for guests, all rooms has facilities like ( A/c, Fan, Study Table, Chairs, Comfortable bed, 6 Inch Mattresses, Geyser, Hair Drier, Water Castle etc. Host also stay in 2nd Floor, so Seating space and Dinning is common with Host. Kitchen is only accessible to host, host can offer you home cooked food as per the availability. We have round the clock Wifi services for our guests. all room has attached washroom and other facilities like ( A/c, Fan, Study Table, Chairs, Comfortable bed, 6 Inch Mattresses, Geyser, Hair Drier, Water Castle etc. If Guests wish they can cook themselves and make sure to maintain clean during the stay. We have our own housekeeping and one staff stay in the building. Our homestay has both Staircase and Lift for Guests ease, OLA & Uber both is available, Instant online delivery like Blinkit is available at our place. Guest access Guest has access to common space like drawing room, shared dinning room. All room has attached washroom. Host only access to kitchen. If guests has kids, they are also welcome to prepare light meals for kids. During your stay Host is living on same floor, and host always welcome meaningful communications.
