Renting my lovely 1,700 sqft. FAMILY FRIENDLY house with nice furniture! This house is very dear for me and would like to rent it to the guests who will like and take good care of it. The house is bright with many skylights! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 living areas are very spacious with plenty of storage in the kitchen and a chef's stove. You will have access to the pool, jacuzzi and patio in the backyard for a perfect summer! The house is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood! The space My family friendly house is good for families, traveling responsible friends/groups. NO PARTIES! The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 living areas with large entrance, separate living and dining rooms. The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of storage and small dining set as well. Master bedroom has a bathroom with shower in addition to the 2nd full bathroom with a tub. Guest access Guests will have access to the pool and the patio in the backyard. Front yard is very spacious and easily fits 2 cars . The laundry room is in the backyard. There is a rented guest house on the property with separate entrance, washer/dryer and ac/heating system. The only shared amenity with the guest house tenants is the front yard . Only the main house guests will use the pool and backyard.
