Suite Love is an intimate place for couples to cuddle, relax & reconnect in the city. Share a glass of wine🥂 by the fireplace, unwind in the hot tub, enjoy bird watching or drink & grill food on your private patio. Take a much needed nap in the hammock on a quiet warm breezy day or converse by the firepit while roasting hotdogs & smores. Watch movies on the large smart tv with bluetooth soundbar. The space The Suite is conveniently located near plenty of shopping and dining, plus parks, bike trails, and downtown Knoxville, including Market Square and UTK (Go Vols!). With quick interstate access, the Great Smoky Mountains are just an easy drive away. Host occupies the upper floor of the home. There is a door between the two levels with a lock on both sides of the door that leads to the upper level for your protection & privacy. Other things to note Surprise your loved one with a preset romantic package! We can provide intimate & romantic touches for any occasion. Just ask and we may be able to set it up (additional charges apply depending on the request). The Suite is set up to accommodate a maximum of 2 guests ONLY and is not suitable for children due to hot tub safety concerns. An additional fee of $25 per guest per night will apply for each guest beyond 2, with a maximum occupancy limit enforced. We will not be responsible if you bring unauthorized guests, pets, or children onto the property.
