Sandra and I wish to welcome you and your well behaved pets to our home. Sunny and quIet, fenced in yard, very close to restaurants and shops, private parking, walk to Bart, Rose Park, Tot Land, and Ohlone Park. French doors leading off bedroom to a private garden with lemon and plum trees and a water fountain. A City of Berkeley Zoning Certificate has been issued for this short term rental. The space Our house is in an excellent location to walk to stores, restaurants, and parks. Public transportation is available via ACT bus lines or BART. Public taxis are available and Car Share is too. Because our house is on a cul-de-sac there is less noise. Come and enjoy a little peace and quiet. Guest access The backyard garden and patio are accessible for reading, relaxing, or eating. ENJOY! Other things to note Pets are permitted, please clean up after them. There are several great places to take your dogs for a walk. Rose Park, Ohlone Park, Point Pinole, The Marina, The University of California campus, Tilden Park, Point Isabelle, Wildcat Canyon.
