Other things to note Pets are accepted (cats and dogs) up to a maximum of 2. An extra fee of 35€ per pet per stay is charged. - For foreigners, the ID information will be requested according to the Law 23/2007, article 16, where the host is required to report the presence and details of all non-Portuguese to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF). You will receive a link to fulfill prior to your arrival and all the details requested are mandatory. - Please inform us of your arrival details at the time of booking so that we can be prepared to receive you. - Try to leave everything as you found it to preserve space. If you have damaged something in the accommodation, please let us know so it can be fixed before the next guests enter. - Arrivals outside check-in hours will incur an additional charge of EUR 20. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation from the property. - Our check-in is available after 4pm and check-out is until 11am. If you wish to check in early or check out a little later, please contact us so that we can check availability. - We ask that you inform us in advance of your arrival time so that we can have the accommodation ready for your check in. - Please, read carefully the house rules before booking with us.
