Comfortable furnishings include a sectional sofa, electric fireplace console, Roku tv and many more comforts. This space offers 1 bedroom that includes a luscious, Restoration Hardware-style queen bed along with an XL twin daybed, great for lounging or for additional sleeping. It's very comfortable! A roll-out twin bed is also available. Also included is a charming, original and restored clawfoot bathtub/shower combo and mamy bathroom necessities. Guest access Well-lit parking is located behind the house. Other things to note Pets are welcome, maximum 2, dogs only, $20/pet/night. Please protect the furniture if you're pet is accustom to enjoying this spot. Continuous barking is strictly prohibited and crates are encouraged to prevent damage while away. Two-night minimum stay applies to reservations that include a Friday or Saturday. Exceptions are considered. Please send an invite to book a 1 night stay if it is desired.
