Stuart Neighborhood Haven! The space This 1st fl Kottage located near downtown offers a modern and spacious, eat-in kitchen and an equally spacious living room. Comfortable furnishings include a sectional sofa, electric fireplace console, 48" television and many more comforts. This space offers 1 bedroom that includes a luscious, Restoration Hardware-style queen bed along with an XL twin daybed, great for lounging or for additional sleeping. It's very comfortable! A roll-out twin bed is also available upon request. Also included in this Kottage is a charming bathroom with an original and newly restored clawfoot bathtub/shower combo and stocked with many "just in case" toiletries for guests comfort. Guest access Our on-site parking lot is located behind the house, is well lit, fenced in and close to the house. Other things to note Pets: ~Pets are welcome, maximum 2, dogs only, $20/pet/night. ~You will receive a request for payment for the $20/pet/night fee. Please promptly pay this once you've received the request. ~During the reservation process, guests need to indicate the number of pets. ~Pets are not allowed on the furnishings. ~Barking is strictly prohibited and crates are encouraged to prevent damage while away. Two-night minimum stay applies to reservations that include a Friday or Saturday. Exceptions are considered. Please send an invite to book a 1 night stay if it is desired.
