English Tudor Duplex -1st FL beautifully updated

This cozy home is the 1st floor of a French Tudor Duplex built in 1930. It’s very spacious & has all the essentials needed to make you feel at comfortable during your stay! We do not allow pets since July 15th, 2024. We’re located just 15 min from downtown, The Aquarium, sports arenas, City Museum, the Fabulous Fox & just minutes from the Botanical Gardens, Forest Park, the Zoo & Science Center! The space This spacious home is the 1st floor of a large duplex built in 1930 & has so much character! A duplex is one building with two completely separate houses under one roof, like a condo. This home has been recently renovated with beautiful decor & furnishings. ***No Pets Allowed*** Pets are no longer allowed in our home. Failure to follow this will result in fines issued through Airbnb. We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (the 2nd bath is in the lower level but for guest use only-please refer to the pictures), dining room and living room. Airbnb considers a duplex a “house” just like a condo or townhouse. There are separate private entrances & a private patio for guest use only in the back for relaxing & enjoying outside! We offer all the comforts of home & have a large smart tv in the living room The lower-level full bathroom is large and has a changing room for privacy. This bathroom is for guest’s use only. The owner, who lives upstairs, does not use that bathroom but does use the hallway leading past the bathroom to get to their laundry room and storage areas. They try to avoid going downstairs when guests are there. We have a washer and dryer on the property. Please ask if you’re needing to use it! We also own and manage five other vacation rentals that are within a couple of miles of this one so if the dates you want are already booked, we have other options!! There is no off-street parking, but we have plenty of free parking on the street in front of the home for our guests use. There is a local grocery store called Schnucks that is just a few blocks away. Other things to note * Guests must be at least 25 years old to book our home. We are located in the desirable North Hampton neighborhood! Our home offers plenty of street parking for our guests use. We provide high speed internet to log into your Netflix, Hulu, etc. and a High-Definition Wi-Fi antenna to pick up over 50 local stations. ***No Pets Allowed*** Pets are no longer allowed in our home.
