Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. The house is a short distance from Pozzarello Bay with two comfortable beaches reachable on foot (they are about 100 meters with a comfortable underpass that also avoids crossing the road) and two other small bays (La Bionda and Gabbiano) also reachable on foot in a few minutes. This is a portion of quadrifamily with large outdoor spaces, partly terraced partly in the garden, and a private parking space. The space Inside it is divided into two levels: ON the GROUND FLOOR, overlooking an outdoor space equipped with a dining table, armchairs, loungers , brick barbecue and small outdoor kitchen, a large living/dining room with fireplace and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a sofa bed and a single bedroom (with possible additional space – pull-out bed). On the FIRST FLOOR, a double room with a private terrace (also widely equipped), a bathroom with shower and another room with a double sofa bed and a living balcony overlooking the back garden. Next to the garden, an area dedicated to the outdoor shower (with hot water) and linens. The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee/cappuccino machine, fridge with freezer compartment. In a closet, the washing machine is also the iron and iron. A few meters from home, there is also a church and bus stop to reach both the towns of Porto Santo Stefano, Orbetello and Porto Ercole, and the furthest beaches and train station. Porto Santo Stefano, which is the closest village, you can also walk to a comfortable seafront walk of about twenty minutes. It takes ten minutes by bike, by car five.
