The ground floor features a spacious, open-plan living area perfect for gathering. Unwind in the cozy lounge by the wood-burning stove with a large-screen TV, or find a quiet moment in the reading corner. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen includes a BOSCH refrigerator, ELECTROLUX oven, and a Nespresso coffee maker. A large, practical laundry room is also available. First floor: Three large bedrooms, including a family suite, two bathrooms, one with a large shower, the other with a bath. Second floor: Separate area with large bedroom, small children's bedroom and bathroom with shower. Sleeping arrangements: Three bedrooms with 160 cm double beds (duvets and pillows included), one bedroom with 140 cm sofa bed + 80 cm children's bed + cot. Comfort: Three toilets, on each floor.
