Warm and Friendly Riverfront Cabin

Warm and family friendly property on the San Miguel River. Only 12 miles from downtown historic Telluride and the ski resort. The entire upstairs is a large master bedroom with views of the river and a sitting room with a pull out couch. The 2nd bedroom is on the main floor. 2 bathrooms. Eclectic decor, full kitchen, living room, TV, internet, a 3rd bedroom attach to the garage, deck to the river, and beautiful canyon views. Front yard parking the can accommodate 2 vehicles. The space This home is located in a quiet residential area, approximately 20 minutes from Telluride and the Ski Resort. The home is post and beam construction, giving it the cabin feel. Natural wood floors and walls. 1 master bedroom upstairs, 2nd bedroom downstairs, and a 3rd bedroom attached to the garage for guest. All the bathrooms are in the main house. The town of Sawpit is 2 miles up river and has a gas station and a small market. There is local bus service to town during day only, called the Galloping Goose. The BIVVI Inn , restaurant and bar is directly across the street and provides moderately priced, food and beverage services. Currently it has inconsistent restaurant and bar hours. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. We will not be on site but we are always available should you have any questions. Other things to note We will leave for you a note that gives basic instructions on how to use amenities in the house like the fireplace. Cleaning supplies are available including wipes, disinfecting spray and hand sanitizers. The 3rd bedroom is separated from the main house and is about 10 feet from the main house. It's great for additional guest but all the bathrooms are in the main house.
