Barn is not insulated but can be spot-heated in the winter with the two provided propane heaters (no audio allowed in barn) Guest access All spaces of the property can be used by the villa renter including the barn. Plenty of driveway and garage parking. House access is through smart locks. Other things to note NOISE LEVEL: Kindly ensure strict compliance with the Village of Manchester's noise ordinance, which is actively enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. We insist that no music, loud audio, or boisterous conversations take place outside the house at any time. This is our paramount rule. Please be aware that neighbors have been known to lodge complaints, and the police will not hesitate to ask you to leave without prior warning, even for a first-time violation. Please be very aware of your noise level near the Hot Tub, outside on the grounds or inside the Barn. We cannot stress this enough. Also, please note that the Short-Term Rental platform cannot assist or provide refunds in the event of a noise violation. Your awareness and understanding of this matter is much appreciated. OUTDOOR CAMERAS: There are NO cameras inside the house. However there are security cameras located outside the house around the property on the grounds and the estate. There are also two cameras in the wooden barn which is considered an open uninsulated outdoor space per commercial insurance. Guest acknowledges the presence of these outdoor security cameras.
