Pure old town in the heart of Marburg

Our beautiful little apartment is right in the heart of Marburg's famous Oberstadt. Here you can expect everything you have imagined for a stay in Marburg - and this with an unbeatable location right at the foot of the lively Oberstadt with its great streets and cafes. Right in front of our accommodation, you can stroll in the small and unique alleys or simply sit down for a drink in the rustic restaurants. Long term stays are available. The space Located directly on the pedestrian zone, it is also just a minute's walk to the nearest shopping center. A bus stop with various lines to the center, train station, clinic and much more is also right around the corner. The apartment offers a cleverly equipped kitchen with a combination unit (microwave/oven), Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer. Coffee capsules and tea for a pleasant start to the day or the end of the evening are available. At the bistro table you can enjoy your meals. Salt/pepper and oil for preparation can be found in the kitchen. A real highlight is the sunny terrace, where you can experience our rustic half-timbered flair on spring days and summer evenings with a glass of wine. The new box spring bed (160x200m) is made with a topper and can accommodate 2 people. The LCD TV provides Netflix access, which you can use with your access data. Online TV is also possible. You will also find relaxation in the reading corner on our comfortable sofa. In the bathroom there is ample storage space. Soap and hair dryer is available. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available. A warm towel heater provides extra comfort. A parking lot is available in front of the house occasionally (if free!). Otherwise, you can look for a parking space in the side streets. If all of these are occupied, there are two parking garages within walking distance (1 min). It's a 15-minute walk to the central station. Several laundromats are also available on foot. Guest access Access is conveniently provided by a key box directly at the house entrance. You will receive the code from us after booking. The apartment itself is located on the first floor on the left.
