Spectacular and large villa 500 meters from the beach of "Port d 'es Canonge" Banyalbufar, surrounded by mountains and nature. It has 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a spacious living room, a work room with a sofa, a garden, a pool, WiFi, a barbecue, etc. PLEASE: Before you book, ask me if the dates are really free. Thank you. The house is advertised on different websites, so to avoid mistakes, ask before booking. I respond quickly. The space Villa Capllonch, managed from 2016 until the end of 2022 by a reservation center, and currently by the owners Toni and Juana Mari (according to old evaluations of some customers, it has been rated as a "hidden gem") is located about 500 meters from the natural beach of Port d 'es Canonge. The Villa becomes a retreat for those looking for a quiet vacation and in contact with nature, you can enjoy a private pool in the same villa, go hiking, enjoy the beach where you can bathe in crystal clear waters, snorkel, etc. Villa Capllonch is surrounded by the typical landscape of the Sierra de Tramontana (World Heritage Site), large expanses of pine and oak that travel the mountains, and as we get closer to the house the agricultural exploitation carried out years ago becomes more present: The pines and oaks are intermingled with carob trees and olive trees, typical Mallorquina agriculture trees. If we take our view away from the crops, downstairs, just 500 m from the house, we can see the unmistakable blue of the sea that bathes El Port d'es Canonge and from where one of the best sunsets on the island can be seen. The house is located at the end of the street on a little square, and upon entering the property, we find two large terraces outside, in one of them a gazebo with table, sofa and two armchairs. We enter the house, and Villa Capllonch is distributed on different floors, On the noble floor we can find: A large distributor. On the right, a bright dining room with table for 8 diners and an open kitchen, pantry, refrigerator, gas countertop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, juicer, etc. and all necessary utensils. We go down 3 steps and there is a spacious and bright living room with two large windows to make the most of sunlight, 2 sofas, a large TV with a flat screen and satellite channels, free WiFi and equipment to connect a mobile phone, tablet or iPad to listen to music. On the same floor we have a terrace with mountain views and also the sea, with round table and 8 chairs to enjoy breakfast or pleasant evenings. To the left of the hall, we go down 5 steps and find 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, with two single beds each. A living room with a couch, desk, and built-in closet, also has air conditioning. And on the same floor, a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet, plus towels for different uses We go down to the lower floor and find 2 more rooms, with fitted wardrobes and A/C, with two single beds in each room. We also have another bathroom equipped with shower tray, sink, WC and bidet, with towels for different uses, and an enclosure where we can find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. When leaving outside we find a large covered terrace, where there is a table for 10 diners, a sofa with a table and two armchairs, a ping pong table and a portable barbecue on wheels. On the same terrace there is another barbecue kitchen also equipped with microwave, gas countertop, refrigerator and lots of utensils (plates, knives, glasses, etc). From this terrace we can access the garden area with private pool and solarium where you can sunbathe on the loungers. Two pool towels are provided per room. There is a private parking area inside the enclosure. Guest access Guests can access the entire house and garden. Other things to note We recommend buying groceries before going down to Port d'es Canonge because there is no supermarket in the area. You can shop at any supermarket in Palma (Carrefour, Mercadona, Lidl, etc.), or in the village of Esporles, located 8 km before reaching the house. In the village of Esporles, you can find several restaurants, bakeries, a pharmacy, supermarkets, and lots of daytime and nighttime activity (no nightclubs or pubs). On Saturday mornings there is a market on the promenade, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. In Port d'es Canonge there are two restaurants, open from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM approximately.
