A unique location 8 minutes' walk from Edam Bus Station. Restaurants and the city center of Edam are just around the corner. Your accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood (in the back of our garden) where you can access your own private balcony – outdoor area of the Tiny House via a (public) alley. 8-minute walk to Edam bus station. 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket 3 min. walk to the center of Edam 25 minutes from Amsterdam (from Edam Bus Station) The space Welcome to KODA Edam! A unique Tiny House located in the quiet and old Dutch town of Edam. Within walking distance of the city center, restaurants, a supermarket, monuments and the bus station that takes you to Amsterdam in no time, but still in a courtyard that feels quiet and secluded. A good base for exploring Amsterdam, Volendam, Marken (old villages), the Zaanse Schans and the nearby cities/attractions! The Tiny House (KODA Edam) is equipped with every comfort: The Tiny House in the center of Edam is a compact and cozy space of 20 m2. The KODA is equipped with all comforts and has its own entrance with a key box. Ground floor: The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge with freezer, 2-burner induction cooktop and extractor hood with lighting. The bathroom has a luxury shower, a sink and toilet and underfloor heating. Each guest gets a large and small towel as standard. In addition, we offer luxury shower products from Rituals during your stay. The living room has a 2-seater sofa (which can be used as an extra bed), a folding table (with storage space) and a TV with Netflix. The living area has underfloor heating and includes an air conditioning unit. There are games, an iron, baby items and a folder with tips from us to explore the area with tips/recommendations. There is fast WiFi available in the Tiny House. Upper room: The upstairs sleeping area has a double bed with a comfortable 160 x 200cm mattress. Soft and medium-hard pillows, cotton sheets with a large duvet for two people. There are lights by the bed with USB chargers (and other outlets) for charging the mobile phone. Courtyard: There is a table with two chairs on the balcony/courtyard of the Tiny House to relax or to smoke. Other things to note Are you coming by car? Parking in Edam and can be done in the nearby street. Coming by public transport? The bus from Amsterdam goes to Edam (and vice versa) in 25 minutes, from the bus station in Edam it is about 8 minutes walk to the Tiny House. We are required to remit a tourist tax (to the municipality) and will charge €3.40 per person per night during your stay. Smoking is prohibited inside the residence (outside on the balcony is allowed). Pets are not allowed.
