There are two decks, one upstairs off the kitchen and one downstairs off the game room, both overlooking Lake Travis. Whether you are cooking on the grill or in the kitchen you can still be a part of it all while enjoying the view. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Parties are not permitted. Please note there is a noise ordinance—no loud noise after 11 PM on weekends and 8 PM on weekdays. Excessive guests or noise will not be tolerated. Law enforcement will be notified and they will evict everyone from the property. All payments & deposits will be forfeited if the number of approved guests is exceeded at any time during the stay.
