Welcome to the Millevaches plateau, at an altitude of 800 m, in an authentic 18th-century limousine building. Fully restored, furnished and equipped with care, Maison du Bonheur & Spa is an ideal and unique place for your stay. With its beautiful capacity, you can settle in with family, with friends or a couple, and enjoy shared moments and pleasures together. The environment, populated by sheep, calves, cows, deer or deer is a haven of peace. In the large living room, a beautiful stove to soften our winters. Around: two sofas, convertible into comfortable 3-seater beds; a smart connected TV and board games for moments of collective life. But you can also work on it very well. The living room is open to the dining room, with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, two large bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Access to all, bathtub, Finnish sauna, shower with hydromassage and hammam. The master suite, even higher up, with its queensize bed has a home cinema, library and bathtub on foot. In the garden, live the sunny days outdoors, around a barbecue and enjoy the pétanque court, hammock and comfortable deckchairs in unspoiled nature, in the heart of the Limo mountain. The spirit of the house, comfortable but yet of its time, invites you to travel, by its typical and atypical decoration, a mix of art and crafts from our country, and elsewhere. Guest access Your stay is completely private: the entire house is reserved for you and offers all the necessary comforts – dishwasher, washing machine, large refrigerator, Wi-Fi, high-speed internet, Smart TV with Netflix and Molotov, DVD player, Bluetooth speakers, towels and bathrobes on request. A few steps from the garden, nature comes alive: a preserved peat bog populated by coypus, pastures where sheep, lambs and Limousin cows graze, the discreet presence of semi-domestic cats and, all around the hamlet, hilly and gamey woods. Deer, does, wild boars, foxes, stags and even some wolves sometimes appear at the bend of a trail. A lively and authentic environment, to be discovered with peace of mind and respect.
