From the living room you can go out to the balcony with seating. The first spacious bedroom provides one double bed 180x200cm, single bed 90x200. There is also a large wardrobe and a work corner. In the second smaller bedroom, there is a sofa with a full bed with its own mattress measuring 160x200cm. There is also a wardrobe in the room. The bathroom has a large shower, sink and bathtub. The toilet is separate. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. The entrance to the apartment is from the balcony. The interior of the apartment building consists of a quiet atrium with a beautiful garden. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms of the apartment and the balcony. The common areas of the apartment building are intended for use mainly by the permanent residents of the building. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, throw garbage, or manipulate property in the courtyard of the apartment building and on the balcony. Other things to note The apartment is newly renovated, clean, the furnishings and equipment are brand new and it provides accommodation with a special atmosphere of living in an original bourgeois house. The view from the windows is to the local park and greenery.
