The living room can be accessed to a balcony with seating. The first spacious bedroom provides one double bed 180x200cm, single bed 90x200. There is also a large wardrobe and work corner. The second smaller bedroom has a couch with a full bed with a private mattress in the size of 160x200cm. The room also has a closet. In the bathroom there is a large shower, sink and bathtub. The toilet is separate. A laundry machine and dryer are available at the apartment. The entrance of the apartment is from the pavilion. The interior of the apartment building forms a quiet atrium with a beautiful garden. Guest access Guests may access all rooms of the apartment and to the balcony. The common areas of the apartment building are intended for use especially for permanent residents of the house. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, dispose of trash, or handle property in the entrance of the apartment building and on the pavilion. Other things to note The apartment is newly renovated, clean, the furnishings and amenities are brand new and provide accommodation with a special atmosphere of living in the original townhouse. The view from the windows is to the local park and the greenery. In front of the house is a trip that is frequented especially during weekdays, noise after closing the windows is minimal.
