Welcome to "ESCATTOU". Long-term rental available from October to March Opened in 06/22, the house is adjoining and independent of ours located in the hamlet of St Etienne d'Escattes in the countryside amid vineyards. You will be quiet, you will enjoy a terrace and a private garden area with the possibility to cool off in our pool (to be shared with the owners). The house is ideally located for visiting the area (see our online guide). The space More info about ESCATTOU The 32 m² single-story house overlooking the terrace and a private garden is equipped as follows: - 1 bedroom - 1 living room - 1 equipped kitchen - 1 15 m² terrace with arbor, table, 4 garden chairs and 2 sun loungers or deckchairs. - 1 bathroom with shower - Separate toilet - 1 private garden - 1 shared pool access - 1 parking space in front of the house. - TV and free Wi-Fi. - Linens (160 bed) provided. - Towels provided - Reversible air conditioning - .... many amenities (see list) CLEANING: to be done by you. Or CLEANING FEE €15 (1/3 nights) or €30 long stays and €50 more than a month. Extra charge for overnight stay possible on request for 1 night stay: €8 for 1 – €15 for 2. - Breakfast: bread or sandwich bread or rusks + coffee, tea + fresh eggs from our hens + butter + jam + fruit juice. Welcome Home More info about ESCATTOU Guest access Located on our property consisting of several buildings: - Private and independent access to the accommodation. - Access to a private garden (terrace with arbor, deckchair, sun loungers, barbecue). - Shared access to the pool, open from May to October depending on the weather. - Access to a garden shed to store your bikes, strollers, kite surfing gear... Other things to note We have 3 cats that roam freely in the garden and that you will surely meet. Tourist documentation (flyers, IGN map, guides, etc.) available. Provision of childcare equipment: baby bed, high chair, etc. Possibility of on-site babysitting if my daughters are present Ask them directly! (They're just waiting for that!). Bikers are welcome, possibility to bring motorcycles into the garden and/or our garage.
