Domaine Coeur de Brenne welcomes you in an old farmhouse, 40 ha property with ponds and meadows, in the middle of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, Land of a Thousand Ponds. We offer you a beautiful 190 m² Berry farmhouse, fully equipped, with 2 open fireplaces, and a large outdoor space on the edge of one of our ponds. Fishing, nature, wildlife, flora, walks, moments of sharing at will. The space 3-star gîte. The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, large dining room, laundry room, 3 toilets, bathroom with walk-in shower, and large bathroom with bathtub, large bedroom on the ground floor overlooking the pond, and 3 bedrooms upstairs overlooking the pond as well. All bedrooms are equipped with single beds (90 x 200), and thus modular in double (180 x 200) or single. The back of the house is totally dedicated to you, at the edge of the pond, equipped with garden furniture, outdoor games for children, and a barbecue for adults. Other things to note This year, we will empty the pond that is in front of the cottage to restore it, it will be empty from November 22, 2025 until November 2026. During this period, the vegetation will reclaim its rights, and it will be appreciable to discover animals enjoying the place. Don't panic, we have a second pond on the same site, just a few meters from the cottage, which will allow fishermen to fish, and bird lovers to observe dozens of species. NO KILL fishing only.
