You will have spectacular harbour views from this cosy 3-bedroom, 3-storey townhouse perched high above the Simon's Town village. The space The townhouse has everything you need to be comfortable : the kitchen is outfitted with new appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. Every room has a sea, mountain or garden view. The Largest bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and can be made up with two single beds, or pushed together to be a king-size. This bedroom has a TV and sea view. There is a Queen bedroom for two with a sea view and a Mountain View bedroom with two single beds. The second bathroom has a bath and shower and a mountain view. The living area has a comfortable couch, TV and fireplace. The dining area is spacious for 6 or take it al fresco on the patio as you watch the whales (July to November), yachts or action of the navy boats. The Book Nook has a selection of books, games and dvds. The two TVs have cable service (DSTv family). The townhouse has good security. A desk with a view and ergonomic chair is available if you need to catch up on some work and fibre wifi (with battery backup for loadshedding) is available throughout the townhouse. Additional dressing table/desk with height-adjustable stool is available for occasional work. An additional portable power station is available for charging laptops, lights and phones. Guest access The hostess has a few cupboards locked but there is plenty of remaining cupboard space in each room. There is a double garage beneath the townhouse but there is only parking for one guest car, due to the storage of surfboards, bicycles etc on the other side
