The terrace level has something for everyone - custom bar for entertaining, lounge area for catching up with friends or watching the game, and a pool/ping pong table for some friendly competition. Kids' bunk room filled with fun games for all ages. Head out to the massive backyard to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Play corn hole, or giant jenga, set up a friendly soccer game, or choose to lounge lake side in Adirondack chairs or out on the private max dock. Two kayaks and 1 SUP are available for use. No pets allowed on property due to owner's pet allergy! Guests are not allowed to use neighborhood common areas or property. Strictly enforced neighborhood quiet hours of 10pm until 9am apply.
