The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely. -Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old. -Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information. -The exterior of the home is monitored via video cameras 24/7. There is a ring doorbell camera that looks at the front yard. -Additional deposits may be required. -No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place. -No Outdoor music allowed after 10:00p per City of Austin ordinance. -Pool Hours: 8:00a - 12:00a -- Failure to adhere to pool hours will result in pool privileges being revoked. -Pool Heating Note: There is a $50 per day charge to heat the pool up to 87 degrees. If the pool temp is at or above 87 degrees or if the average outdoor temp during your stay is below 55 degrees, then we are not able to heat the pool. You must let us know 72 hours prior to your arrival date if you wish to have the pool heated for your stay. -To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. -Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins.
