Gemilang GuestHouse is a single terrace house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s located at Sungai Lalang, Sungai Petani Kedah. House can stay up to max 8 persons. All bedroom was completed with air-cond and fans. The space Equipped with : - 3 queen bed 1 single bed ( 3 bedroom with air conditioning & fans ) - 2 bathrooms ( 1 inside the main room ) - 7pcs towel & shower gel - 1 sofa L shape & 3 + 2 sofa in living room - Dining Table 8 seater , bar island & stool - Smart TV 49inch with Netflix with Unifi (password will be given upon checkin) - Refrigerator - Coway Water Dispenser - Washing Machine - Microwave - Rice cooker - Electric Kettle - Cooking Allowed - Iron & Iron board provided - Sejadah - 2 parking garage provided , pls refer photo Guest access Entire House. Other things to note As the accommodation is a Muslim Property, Non Halal items containing alcohol, pork & lard are not permitted on the premises. Check in time is 3pm onwards. Check out time is 12 noon. Basic House Rules. 1) Non halal food, pork, lard , Alcohol drinks & drug activities are not permitted at the house. 2) Strictly NO LOUD NOISES in the house. 3) Strictly NO Party/ Gathering/ Celebration. 4) Strictly no smoking inside house. 5) Strictly no unmarried couple stay.
