The space The villa is spread over 3 levels: on the lower floor, there is a wonderful kitchen with a working fireplace, a relaxation corner, a bathroom with a shower and direct access to the garden with a swimming pool (max. depth 120 cm) and to the porch, suitable for summer dinners; equipped with a barbecue and an oven for pizzas. On the first floor there is a large living room with a sofa, TV, and terrace, from which you can admire a view of Lake Massaciuccoli and the entire coast of Viareggio, there are also two bedrooms with a double bed and a new bathroom, with a large shower. The third bedroom is located in the attic where there are two single beds with a private bathroom and access to a terrace with a beautiful view. Guest access Private parking.
