Seaview apartment located in Mangroovy Residence - a tranquil area of El Gouna - ready to entertain you all year long with beach vibes under the sunbeams. Situated just 140 meters from the private beach with easy access to all surrounding hotspots and facilities. The amenities of this modern apartment include free access to the pool, beach, parking, and Wi-Fi. The space The apartment features three bedrooms and an open plan kitchen exposed to the living room where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the largest pool in El Gouna & the palms up to the sky and the sea vibes. The bedrooms have king-size beds and three underbeds (90/200 cm); all rooms have en-suite bathrooms.  The TV receives local and cable TV channels. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and kitchenware. Necessary amenities like washing machine, air conditioning, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided. Things to note: parking is available right by the building’s entrance. Guest access QR codes permits and check-in instructions are shared automatically 24h before arrival. Check-in 14:00 & Check-out 11:00 Early / Late check-out can only be confirmed 24h before your arrival / departure. Our guests have free access to Mangroovy Beach & pool by showing reservation confirmation email. As well access to Outdoor Gym by the beach & mini kids area. Other things to note Swimming Pool hours are from 9 am to Sunset. Using the pool outside working hours results in fines by El Gouna. -In line with Egyptian law, if one partner holds Egyptian nationality, an official marriage certificate is required. (Unofficial or “Orfi” documents are not accepted). Non-Egyptian passport holders do not need to provide a marriage certificate. -El Gouna entrance permits are not issued to tenants under the age of 21 unless they are accompanied by a legal guardian. -All guests' names and IDs/Passports to be sent upon booking confirmation or maximum before 72 hours before Check-in for Gouna QR code gate entry. (If disapproved by community security, the guest should initiate the cancellation and will be fully refunded)
