It is recommended to reduce any excessive noise that could disturb the neighborhood between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. The outside of the house is under surveillance camera (courtyard and terrace). Any damage or theft in the accommodation will be subject to a security deposit via the payment method registered by you online. Such damage may also be prosecuted by the competent authorities. For your comfort, the maximum occupancy for this listing is 6 people. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity of people for insurance reasons.
