There are four bedrooms, each unique, 2 baths, three TV's, and a lounge that sits away from the main living area that is perfect for the kids or an office. Walking distance from Elk Avenue (one block) and all the restaurants and activities in town. One and a half blocks to the free ski shuttle- you and your family can ride free and be dropped next to the lifts and back home in no time! The adobe wood burning fireplace is the center of attraction in the living/game room area. Nowhere can you experience the atmosphere of historic Crested Butte in such a warm and comfortable atmosphere. A nonrefundable $250 Dog fee is required if you bring your furry friend.
