The Rooms share a private parking area and connect to a number of bridleways for beautiful countryside walks. The main venue is located 80m away from the courtyard and features a Vintage Furniture Shop, our fully-licensed Cafe-Bar for brunch & lunch and a Fine Art Gallery dedicated to the work of artist Roger Dean. We are situated in the heart of Sheffield Green and the Ashdown Forest less than a mile away from Sheffield Park Gardens (National Trust), The Historic Bluebell Steam Railway & the 360 Brewing Company Taprooms. The venue cannot guarantee ticket availability for guests staying in our courtyard rooms unless purchased in advance. If you wish to attend a particular show we highly recommend checking ticket availability prior to booking any guest rooms to avoid disappointment! Please be aware concerts inside the main venue can sometimes go on until 11.45pm and although our Guest Rooms are set some distance from the main venue, there can be a very small amount of background ambience from the evening's show.
