Apartment in a small villa within walking distance of the sea with a view of the Egadi Islands and beautiful sunsets, in Erice (Pizzolungo), a few km from the center of Trapani, 18 min from the airport of Birgi and 50 from that of Palermo; near Marsala, Segesta, Scopello, Erice Vetta. Just renovated and finely furnished, it includes a double French bed, bathroom, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, large living area, smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, large garden and availability of additional amenities. The space The apartment is an open space with a French double bed and a double sofa bed (in total up to 4 guests). The living area is comfortable and the kitchen is equipped. Livable exterior with a very large garden, to which guests on the upper floor have access. Just 20 steps from the house is a pebble and rock beach.
