Other things to note The vacation home "Antdorfer Gartenglück" in detail: Our holiday home is located in the Upper Bavarian Antdorf im Pfaffenwinkel and is surrounded by hiking and cycling routes with beautiful mountain views and diverse countryside. Located in the south of Lake Starnberg, there are many excursions and numerous activities on land and water for all ages. The holiday home offers on 2 floors with its mix of cozy Bavarian furnishings and modern comforts the basis for a relaxing holiday for two or with the whole family. The private garden with old fruit trees invites you to relax and the east terrace is ideal for a sunny breakfast in the garden. Sleeping: The first bedroom with its lovingly painted double bed (1.85 x 2.00 m) invites you to dream. The matching bedside tables, mirrors, and chairs complete the ensemble. There is enough space in the large closet. The second bedroom can accommodate 3 people with a double bed (1.45x2.00m) and a single bed (0.90x2.00m). The sofas in the living room and upper floor can each be used as additional sleeping options (1.40 x 2.00 m each) for 4 more people. Hallway: The spacious upstairs hallway can be extended by a comfortable sleeping accommodation by the pull-out sofa with extra topper mattress (1.40 x 2.00 m). Living/eating: Around the cozy tile stove you can either relax on the sofa or sit at the dining table on the corner bench. Thanks to Smart TV and game collection, you can spend many great hours in this room even in bad weather. Kitchen: Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, hood, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. At the cozy jogl wooden table you can enjoy the first cup of coffee or tea of the day overlooking the garden. Bathroom: The bathroom with double sink, bath, shower and toilet is wonderfully flooded with light thanks to the three large roof windows. Outdoor space: The garden is for you. Enjoy the garden happiness while grilling on the terrace, or make yourself comfortable in the shade under the old apple tree. Close to the front door, you have your own parking space on the premises. Other: The spacious entrance area with adjoining toilet also offers enough space for a stroller, ski equipment, etc. In the basement a washing machine is at your disposal.
