Pet-friendly Mountain View Chalet in Govy!

Recently remodeled modern three level chalet in the heart of Government Camp at the foot of the Glade Trail. Our home provides a central mountain setting for the recreation minded group. This house is ideal for family vacations, business retreats, ski camps, and any other group looking to escape to the mountains with plenty of room to spread out and relax. During the winter you can leave Timberline Ski Area via Glade Trail and ski directly to your door or mountain bike or hike it during summer! The space Located in the heart of Government Camp just one block from restaurants, bars, shopping, and all that our little town has to offer. Walk to skiing, tubing, and summertime activities either at Ski Bowl or Summit Ski Area (just 0.5 miles away). Or take the Mt. Hood Express up to Timberline Lodge ($2 one-way, $5 full-day pass) and ski, hike, snowshoe, or mountain bike down right back to your front door! Mt. Hood Meadows is also just a quick 15 minute drive on the other side of the mountain. Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths with plenty of space for activities. Master bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom, sauna, TV, and views of Ski Bowl and Tom, Dick, and Harry Mountain. Main floor includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, living area with TV, deck equipped with BBQ and eating areas. Fully equipped kitchen with sunken floor plan, custom butcher block bar and all the necessary amenities for a feast. First floor has a bedroom with a full size bed and two sets of twin bunk beds. All linens and towels are provided with extras in the first floor closet. All rooms are comfortable and provide plenty of space to relax and listen to the sounds of Camp Creek right outside your windows. The roomy couch on the main floor living room is large enough for someone to sleep on. Fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking for your large group! Large flat-screen TV in the living room with Netflix, Hulu, and DVD player. Try out the sauna on the first floor for some added relaxation! Guest access Guests can access entire house with the exception of one closet in the master bedroom. Area behind the house is accessible to guests but is shared with neighbors. Please use caution around the creek. Other things to note Although our house is in the heart of Government Camp, please note that there are limited amenities in the small town. Our house is in the mountains so please be prepared to deal with snow, cold temperatures, unpredictable weather, and being in a semi-remote location. Please do not leave children unsupervised in the sauna. No pets in the sauna.
