Guest access You’ll have the entire property to yourself — exclusive access to the whole house, including the washer/dryer, beautiful backyard, 8-person hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor seating and dining, and fruit trees. Driveway parking is included (fits 2–3 cars)! Other things to note ID VERIFICATION (CHECK-IN): For safety, guests must complete ID verification upon arrival. The reserving guest (or a designated alternative) must send a photo taken at the entry door, holding their government-issued ID next to their face, with all details clearly visible. Guests whose information does not match the reservation details provided to Airbnb will not be given key code entry. ID VERIFICATION (ALL GUESTS): All guests must have their full legal names (matching government ID) added to the reservation before check-in, and every guest must present a valid ID within 24 hours of arrival. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: May be available for an additional $125, depending on the booking schedule. The only guaranteed way to secure early arrival or late departure is to book the night before or after. Please message us through Airbnb to request either option. PETS: Pets are subject to approval. Please include details in your initial inquiry. Approved pets are welcome with a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee and a refundable deposit of $200–$500.
