The space Our cosy PLAN DE CORONES apartment is 50 m² and consists of: - a bedroom with one double bed, - a spacious living room with a foldaway double bed, an additional sofa bed for one person, and a fully-equipped kitchenette, - a bathroom, - a balcony. Price includes: - one free parking space beside the house or in our parking garage, 450m from the house; additional parking space 10 Euros per day, depending on availability, - weekly change of bed linen and towels, - use of the relaxation area and sauna, included a sauna-kit, consisting of bathrobe and towel, - use of the bike and ski-room with heated lockers, - heating, - final cleaning, - Guest Pass, for the free use of public transportation. Not included in the price: - local tax of 3.20 Euros per day for guests over 14 (subject to change). Guest access The apartment is exclusively private and reserved for your personal use. The only shared space is the external area, specifically the garden, which is shared with four other apartments in the building, if they are occupied by other guests. Other things to note CLEANING & SANITIZATION Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
