The space Part of the Heritage Precinct we have a 1930s wooden bungalow main property recently renovated to modern standards. The guesthouse is a new building in the style of the main house. Located down the drive through a red gate. The guesthouse is at the back of the property with views out over the backyard, swimming pool, and Codgers hills. From the outdoor seating, you have views of The Brook Stream. Guest access Guesthouse, outdoor dining top and bottom of yard, backyard, driveway, swimming pool. Other things to note We follow Airbnb’s standard of cleaning. If you need an ergonomic chair for working, we can provide a Herman Miller Aeron (The best office chair ever made). The pool is unheated but available all year round. You need to be brave to use it in spring, autumn or winter. If you have bikes we can store them securely during your stay (at your own risk).
