This Airbnb offers a unique experience to stay at a mom and pop style retro motel. There is no lobby for the guests. However, we do rent the owner suit with front desk on airbnb as well. You can find it under “Seaside Artisan Motel Owner Suit”. This Airbnb is walking distance from the restaurants, shops and bars in Dunedin. It’s about 4 miles away from Honeymoon Island and about 6 miles from Clearwater Beach. Other things to note Cleaning is our priority. We have a great cleaning team and on top of that we ourselves inspect each and every Airbnb before check-in. We have zero tolerance for guests who refuse to follow our few simple rules or disrespects other guests; -No smoking in the Airbnb -No pets -Quiet time starts from 10 pm -No parties or events -Must be 21 to book (see rules for more information) We host a lot of awesome and respectful guests. We would rather save a spot for them! All of our listings are located in a tropical environment. If you are not a fan of nature or bugs this probably isn’t a good fit for you. Lizards, mosquitos, palmetto bugs, and ants are a part of Florida’s nature and are common. We have professional pest control inspecting and taking care of all the Airbnbs however mother nature can be more powerful. Not leaving open containers with food helps to keep the bugs away. We do not have front-desk or common indoor areas. There are plenty of outdoor areas for the guests to enjoy.
