This beautiful house with 45 m² is located near the RER stations (8mins on foot) of Epinay-sur-Orge, while having a shared garden of 500 m² and easy access to Paris and Orly airport in 20 minutes. It is ideal for 4 people, with a maximum capacity for 6 people. You are welcome to come on holiday with your family. Enjoy all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay. Pay attention: events like birthday party or wedding are not allowed. The space The house is a 45 m2 cottage with a 500 m2 shared garden and two large terraces at the front and rear for barbecuing and relaxing. Parking is available on the doorstep. East-facing living room with sofa bed, separate fully functional and well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms and a shower room. The maisonette sleeps up to 6 people, bedding and toiletries provided.  The living room on the ground floor has a sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. A folding table that can be used as a desk or dining table for 6 people, a television, and a WIFI box with a subscription to Netflix channels so you can enjoy home cinema whenever you like.  Ground floor kitchen: a modern kitchen overlooking the rear garden. The kitchen has a large fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, electric hob, extractor fan, etc.  Bedroom 1 on the first floor: 1m4 bed, dressing table.  Bedroom 2 on the first floor: double bed, wardrobe.  First-floor shower room: shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin, and several wardrobes.  Outside garden: 500 m2 garden with two large terraces, table, and chairs for al fresco dining and a professional barbecue when the sun is shining. The lawn has football goals, basketball hoops, pump bags, hammocks, and various outdoor leisure facilities (shared with another room). Guest access Visitors have full access to the house's living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room and garden. Other things to note Important: parties are not allowed.
